Chief Financial Officer

Anthony (Tony) Burt, CPA

Mr. Burt joined Track as Chief Financial Officer in May 2015 and is responsible for all accounting, finance, IT, HR and fleet management functions at Track Utilities.  Previously, he was the controller POWER Engineers, a $400 million private utility services engineering firm, from 2012 to 2014.  From 2004-2012, he was Director of Fixed Assets, Projects, and Manager Business Systems, Albertsons/SuperValu.  From 1998-2004, he was the Financial Reporting Manager with Intermountain Gas Company.   Mr. Burt also spent 7 years in public accounting from 1991-1998 with Arthur Anderson and a Regional firm.  Mr. Burt also spent 2 years in the U.S. Air Force and holds a B.S. Accounting from Boise State University.

Ken Killingbeck

Mr. Killingbeck joined Track in 2004 and has over 30 years of telecom utility construction experience.  Mr. Killingbeck’s experience has evolved and grown from being an operator to having full P&L responsibility for the Company’s telecom operations.  Mr. Killingbeck maintains the primary strategic relationship with CenturyLink, along with several other regional phone companies.

John Hilton

Mr. Hilton joined Track in 2002 as the Company’s 3rd employee and has over 20 years of electric utility construction experience.  Mr. Hilton’s experience has evolved and grown from being an operator to having full P&L responsibility for the Company’s electric power, joint utility trench and boring operations.  Mr. Hilton maintains the primary strategic relationship with Idaho Power.
