The combination of Track and Sitewise creates a multi-disciplined utility services provider servicing the natural gas, electric power, and telecom end-markets. CENTURY LINK, SOLE PROVIDER CONTRACTOR, IDAHO:  In November of 2013, Track was honored to be awarded another three year contract with Century Link as their Sole Provider Contractor in Idaho.  We’ve appreciated our relationship with Century Link and look forward to continuing our relationship.

DUPUYER FTTP PROJECT, DUPUYER, MT., Track was awarded this 3 Rivers Communications fiber project in January of 2014 and will commence with construction as soon as the weather allows.

EUREKA 2013 FTTP UPGRADE, EUREKA, MT. Track started this 61 mile Fiber to the Premise project for Interbel Telephone Cooperative in May of 2013.   At approximately 90% completion going into winter, we’ll have it completed soon after the weather allows.

MERIDIAN, ID – Track Utilities LLC (the “Company” or “Track”) announced today James (“Jim”) Baumgardner has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective September 15, 2014. Reporting to the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Baumgardner will be responsible for the overall performance of the Company.

He will play a critical role as we continue to grow and scale our business.”

Mr. Mace will continue to be actively involved in developing the Company’s strategic plan, identifying acquisition targets, and expanding customer relationships. Both Mr. Mace and Mr. Baumgardner will serve on the Track Utilities LLC Board of Directors.

From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Baumgardner served in various roles including President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer with Boise-based US Ecology, Inc. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Baumgardner served as US Ecology’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Baumgardner has previously held executive positions as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President with several other firms. Mr. Baumgardner holds an MBA and BS from Oregon State University where he was a two-time All American wrestler and is currently a member of the Oregon State University Athletic Hall of Fame.
