Safety: Our 1st Step To Success

Track believes that Safety is a core value for our employees, our customers and the public. Our commitment to Safety takes precedence over everything on each and every project, each and every day in the shop, at the office or in route to the job. We believe Safety is a fundamental part of our company's success today and in the future.

Our safety protocols are continually updated by dedicated safety professionals who educate our employees. Everyone can take confidence that we demand absolute adherence to our Safety-First Principles as well as require the same high standards from each and every subcontractor we employ.

Life is good, but it's even better when everyone arrives home safely every single day.

  • Safety orientation is provided for all newly hired employees.
  • Tailgate and Pre-job Briefing safety meetings at the onset of each day and every project help to reinforce safety protocols.
  • Strict adherence to and exceeding our customers, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) safety and training standards.
  • Every employee, from management to first-year field workers, are responsible for preventing incidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses. Incidents and injuries can be prevented, and all workplace hazards can be safeguarded.
  • Implementing the hierarchy of hazard controls, through elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls and personal protective equipment, can safeguard our work zones, employees and customers.
  • We take a proactive approach to coaching/training employees to work safely and be safety minded.
  • The prevention of personal injuries and incidents is good business. Safety and risk management positively influence our bottom line, as well as those of our customers. We strive to manage costs by quickly resolving issues, rapidly investigating incidents, reporting the financial impact of incidents, and immediately implementing corrective action.
  • Comprehensive weekly divisional safety reviews and adoption of best practices happen each week.
  • A committed management team provides clearly defined objectives and goals for organization safety behavior for all employees.
  • Safety: Everyone, everyday!
